Our two-station battery charging and testing facility handles the full maintenance cycle for aircraft NiCad batteries — from incoming inspection and individual cell voltage checks through capacity discharge testing and final certification. Procedures follow manufacturer CMM requirements, with calibrated equipment and controlled charging protocols that protect battery service life. Whether it's a scheduled maintenance input or an unserviceable unit pulled during line ops, we turn it around correctly and on time.
